Professional Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts

 

Duration – Three Months / Six Months

This program exposes students to a variety of techniques  and influences that can help them broaden their baking horizons and start a successful career in the pasty industry. This course combines a hands-on training with culinary skills necessary to work in hotels or restaurant bakery.

  • Daily one hour theory class
  • Daily four hour on the job training (OJT)

Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum 10th Standard passed
  • Good Communication, presentable and well groomed
  • Duly filled application, copy of citizenship and two passport size photo to provide for assessment.
  • Only selected candidates will be called for admission
  • Additional cost applicable for uniforms, name badge, ID card and manual course book.
